ESPN Zone closed its doors nearly two years ago, and the place has remained dormant ever since. Now, someone is finally stepping in to fill the gap.
H&M has made a deal to fill the spot at 4 Times Square. It will be getting all three floors of the 42,510 square foot space, reports Laura Kusisto at the Wall Street Journal.
The Swedish fast-fashion retailer’s decision is more evidence of an ongoing movement in the world of apparel retailers.
