Herman Cain was given a warm welcome at last night’s ‘Monday Meeting’ of Republican politicians and donors — including a rare standing ovation — according to tweets from inside the off-the-record event.

Cain also took a shot at Obama saying that a “community organiser” could not get a job as a manager of a Godfather’s Pizza franchise. Cain was the CEO of the pizza chain until 1996.
