Here's what's new on Stan, Netflix Australia, Foxtel and Amazon Prime Video in November

Every month Stan, Netflix Australia, Foxtel Now and Amazon Prime Video add new content, so we’ve picked a few highlights for November.

No Activity is Stan’s first original series. The Australian series has attracted some big names from Hollywood, including Will Ferrell and Adam McKay as executive producers. Set against the world of a major drug cartel bust, the series is about two detectives on a stakeout and is released on November 20.

Marvel Comics fans will be happy to hear that The Punisher will be coming to Netflix on November 17. John Bernthal (The Walking Dead) plays Frank Castle, a vigilante who gets revenge on those responsible for killing his family, but uncovers a seedy underworld plot far thicker than he first thought.

Beauty and The Beast features on November 28 on Netflix Australia. It earned a staggering $170 million at the box office during the first weekend opening, and critics loved it. It wasn’t without it’s fair share of controversy though, as a Russian lawmaker tried to ban it as ‘gay propaganda’.

Season 7 (the final season) of American political drama Scandal airs weekly on Foxtel in November. There’s a new direction for Olivia Pope’s crisis management firm, which is now headlined by the troubled Quinn Perkins. Seasons 1 to 6 are always available.
