Earlier this week, a couple of huge cranes collapsed onto houses in the western Netherlands town of Alphen aan den Rijn.
Some 20 people were injured. Miraculously, none died:
The cranes were working from barges on the town’s Queen Juliana Bridge. When they fell, they took out five houses, including a second-hand clothing store and a shop selling art supplies.

Now CCTV footage has emerged of what it was like to be in the shadow of those cranes as those on the street suddenly realised what was about to happen.
