Digital security company McAfee has just released its Most Dangerous Celebrities list – detailing the riskiest personalities to search for online.

After the recent celebrity photo hacking scandal which highlighted the importance of cyber security, McAfee has analysed which are the most dangerous names threatening online security.

The security company used a bunch of search terms including each of the celebrity’s names to determine the number of online threats were out there designed to steal personal information off the back of the personality.

The danger level rises when cyber criminals piggy back on a celeb’s fame by loading websites with harmful malware including spyware, adware, spam, phishing and viruses.

Jessica Mauboy led the list with a 12.2% risk of returning a malicious site.

Delta Goodrem took out second place with an 11% risk of virus threat.

Keith Urban was named third place but his Academy Award winning wife Nicole Kidman doesn’t even rate a mention.

Golden-girl Kylie Minogue came in fourth with a 10.7% risk rate.

Here’s the Australian list.

But Australia’s celebs aren’t as dangerous as the global ones.
