After months of brutal analysis, Groupon pundits will be able to put their money where their mouth is starting this Friday.Kara Swisher of All Things D reports the company will be open for trading.

The official pricing is happening tomorrow, says Swisher, and the valuation is expected to be $11.4 billion.
