Point of View, a gorgeous 20,000 square foot home located on the Long Island Sound, just sold for $39.5 million, breaking the record as the highest price ever paid for a waterfront house in Greenwich, according to The Hartford Courant.On more than four acres of land, the estate boasts 340 feet of shoreline.

The property also includes a pool, a guest house, a guest cottage, and a suspension bridge designed by John Roebling & Sons, which also designed the Brooklyn Bridge.
