Google’s streaming video store could be coming to Android phones soon. The app made a brief appearance in the Market over the weekend before being removed by Google. Those who were able to download the app in time can’t get access to video though.

Currently, Motorola’s Xoom tablet is the only Android device that has access to the video store.

The product was introduced at Google I/O in May, and the company said it will launch on more devices in the coming weeks. (We’re approaching the two-month mark now.)

Google’s video service will have thousands of titles to stream. You can also “pin” videos to your device so you can watch them offline.
