Google (GOOG) Gets New CIO From Morgan Stanley

Google has hired a new CIO, according to Cnet. Benjamin Fried of Morgan Stanley, who ran much of their computer infrastructure and worked on Google’s IPO, will be taking the position, which was left open when Doug Merrill decided to join EMI. He starts in May.
