Good Magazine Wants You To Quit The Internet

The magazine’s latest 30-Day Challenge asks people to stop using the World Wide Web after 8 p.m.

The rules are simple: After 8 p.m. on weekdays, you get off the internet. No email, no blogging, you can’t even read GOOD.is. If you use your computer like a TV for watching movies and shows, that’s fine, but nothing else. Sound tough?

The publication’s staff filmed their reactions to the new.

A couple of our favourite responses:

“I would say no, but I think that’s something an addict would say.”

“I don’t feel like I’m addicted to it, but I feel like I can’t function without it.”
