According to Fox Business Network’s Charlie Gasparino’s sources, the mysterious Morgan Stanley employee who was caught with the Upper East Side “millionaire madam” has been identified by the bank.

UPDATE: A quick glance at Walker’s FINRA BrokerCheck Report (PDF) shows that he’s registered in four U.S. states — California, Florida, New Jersey and New York. He’s been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney since June 2009. His previous work experience includes stints at Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.
The regulatory document also shows he had one customer dispute with a woman back in 2004 alleging mismangement of her funds. That complaint was denied.
Walker has not been charged with any wrongdoing.
A Morgan Stanley spokesperson said the bank continues to investigate the matter internally and had no further comment.
