Morgan Stanley Vice Chair Gary Lynch Is Leaving The Firm

Gary Lynch is leaving Morgan Stanley to “pursue other opportunities,”¬†according to Bloomberg.

The 60-year old is most famous for leading the investigations of Michael Milken and Ivan Boesky when he was the Chief of the Enforcement Division of the SEC.

Lynch was the Morgan Stanley’s chief legal officer until earlier this year.

He’s based in London.

Before he was hired by Morgan Stanley Chairman (then CEO) John Mack, Lynch worked at Credit Suisse (also with Mack).
