Pall Corp. (PLL) – Pall started off slow yesterday after its earnings trailed estimates on filter sales, but ended up finishing positive on the day. This morning, JPMorgan upgraded Pall to neutral, so the stock may be a big mover once again today.
Molina Healthcare (MOH) – Molina’s stock lost over 30% of its value yesterday, but the stock has jumped over 25% in after hours trading due to an announcement that Ohio has endorsed Molina’s bid to remain a health provider for the state’s Medicaid beneficiaries.
FTI Consulting (FCN) – FTI has announced a $250 million stock buyback program, which will be executed over the span of two years, which should enhance the company’s enterprise value.
Logitech International (LOGN) – Logitech expects restructuring charges of roughly $35 million, as the company will eliminate 450 positions, or 13 per cent of its workforce.
International Game Technology (IGT) – The Nevada Gaming Control Board recommended IGT for an online gaming licence. IGT, currently trading at $13.88, is on the low end of its 52-week range of $13.12-$19.15.
Chesapeake Energy (CHK) – The controversial energy company has its annual shareholder meeting today, which is expected to be a rather hectic meeting considering the plethora of issues Chesapeake has had over the past few months. Chesapeake also agreed to sell midstream assets for proceeds of over $4.0 billion.
