Just as The Manor came off the market yesterday, the Fleur de Lys came back on, with its same $125 million asking price, according to Curbed. Both of the massive mansions are in Holmby Hills. The Fleur de Lys, owned by philanthropist Suzanne Saperstein, first went up for sale in 2007 for $125 million, and after two years, Saperstein took it off the market in October 2009.

It was recently rumoured that Petra Ecclestone, who bought The Manor, actually wanted to buy the Fleur de Lys, but since it wasn’t available, settled for The Manor.

Hopefully with its 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, ballroom, two kitchens, massive movie theatre, pool, tennis courts, and nine-car garage, it won’t sell at a huge loss, like The Manor did.
