On Sunday, celebrities from Charlize Theron to Steven Tyler gathered at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards.While franchises like “The Hunger Games,” “Twilight,” and “Harry Potter” continue to win over MTV’s audiences, Charlie Sheen, Kristen Stewart and Emma Stone kept the awards interesting with their true-to-self on-stage speeches.

And of course, the highly anticipated release of the latest “The Dark Knight Rises” clip, brought to you straight from director Christopher Nolan.
