European Markets Just Opened And They're Up

European markets are up early in their trading sessions.UK FTSE 100 is up 0.1%.

France’s CAC 40 is up 1.5%.

Spain’s IBEX is up 0.9%.

Germany’s Dax is up 1.5%.

This despite a horrible Spanish PMI number and awful earnings out of UBS.
