Ellen Pao will continue her fight in court

Ellen Pao has filed a notice to appeal the result of her gender discrimination case against her former employer Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, according to court documents filed today.

Pao lost all counts of her case against the venture capital firm on March 27, 2015 when a jury found that her gender was not the motivating reason for her not being promoted ot a general or senior partner, or for her termination at the firm.
