The Drudge Report is leading with a huge picture of President Barack Obama tonight, as conservatives celebrate Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s victory in Wisconsin’s recall election.
The caption — UH O — links to the Wall Street Journal’s story about the recall, and serves as a not-so-subtle suggestion that the results in Wisconsin are a bad sign for Obama’s re-election chances this November.

While exit polls indicate that Walker’s win won’t have much of an effect on the President’s standing in Wisconsin — Obama led Mitt Romney, 54 to 48 per cent, according to CNN results, the results are nevertheless an embarrassment for Democrats. The national party initially heralded the recall effort as a referendum on the GOP’s agenda — DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz called the election a “dry run” for November last month — but backed away after it became clear that Walker would likely withstand the challenge.
