DR. OZ: Here’s How To Avoid Making Bad Decisions

We have a limited amount of decision-making chi, says Dr. Oz, a talk show host and a heart surgeon at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Once we exhaust the finite number of decisions we can make each day, we start making bad decisions, he explained in an interview at our IGNITION conference this week.

That’s why Dr. Oz recommends that we automate our lives, at least for the simple things such as what time to wake up in the morning, what to do when you get up, what to eat for breakfast, etc.
