Donald Trump is building what he calls “the best golf course ever” in Aberdeen, Scotland, and he’s not letting anyone get in his way (via The Daily Mail).
David Milne lives in the home next to where the Donald’s new golf course will be built. Since Milne wouldn’t sell his home so Trump could expand his golf course even further, the Donald and Milne have been in an old fashioned neighbours feud.
But Trump took it to the next level when he decided to build a fence around Milne’s home, and then send an invoice to Milne for $4,600, half of the total price.
Milne told the Scottish Daily Record: “There is no way I’m going to pay it. As far as I’m concerned it’s just another attempt to intimidate and bully me. But it’s not going to work. I’m not paying any attention to it at all.”
Milne also said the fence was made from cheap material and he could have put the whole fence up for about $1,300.
Calling Milne’s property ugly, Trump offered to pay 15% more than its worth in 2009 to tear it down. But Milne and his wife have lived there for 20 years, and have no plans of leaving.
