Russian police raided Deutsche Bank’s Moscow office this morning. The raid is a part of a fraud investigation into one of the bank’s clients, businessman and parliamentary deputy Ashot Yegiazaryan, according to the FT.
Russian officials think Yegiazaryan may have taken part in pilfering $87 million from a company that’s helping in construction of Hotel Moskva – a landmark that’s located just off Moscow’s Red Square.
