Denny’s is adding the plant-based Beyond Burger to its core menu, and it’s giving away free food in celebration.

From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on January 30, customers can get a free Beyond Burger with the purchase of any beverage at all Denny’s locations nationwide, according to a Monday press release from the chain.

The Beyond Burger was previously tested only at Denny’s locations in Los Angeles, but soon it will be offered at more than 1,700 Denny’s stores across the US and Canada.

Diving deeper into the trend of plant-based “meat,” Denny’s announced in the release its expanded partnership with Beyond Meat, which makes “meat” from pea, cocoa butter, beet juice, and other ingredients.

“We were thrilled to be able to answer the call from our guests to add more plant-based protein options to our menu when we launched the Beyond Burger in Los Angeles at the end of last year,” John Dillon, chief brand officer for Denny’s, said in a statement. “We could not be more excited to add the Beyond Burger to our permanent lineup of delicious, affordable menu options as we continue to innovate and expand our menu to meet evolving dietary preferences.”

The Beyond Burger at Denny’s features a 100% plant-based “meat” patty topped with sliced tomatoes and onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese, and All-American sauce on a multigrain bun.
