Dennis Gartman On The Scariest Aspect Of The Terrorist Attack That Took Down An Iraqi Oil Refinery

This weekend a major oil refinery in Iraq was taken offline due to a terrorist attack.

Here’s the scariest part, courtesy of Dennis Gartman:

What is more disconcerting is noting that the attack was effected by only two men, both of whom escaped. They entered the refinery early in the morning, killed or neutralized the security forces there and then set off “several” bombs that have rendered the refinery inoperable… for “months.” If two men can wreak such havoc on this refinery, fears shall be increased about what can be done by even larger and more sophisticated “terrorist” cells. If this can happen in Iraq, what then of the refineries in Saudi Arabia? Those are the concern raised this morning. They are very reasonable concerns.

Making matters worse, another refinery in Iraq’s south..Samawah… was closed over the weekend due to fire at the facility. At this time it is not thought that the fire was caused by anyone or anything other than natural causes… however….
