Curt Schilling is selling his 26-acre estate in Medfield, Mass. for $3.5 million, WPRI reports. The seven-bedroom home has a pool, batting cage, and volleyball court. Schilling listed it for $8 million in 2008 before taking it off the market.
The former Red Sox pitcher recently said he stands to lose all $50 million in savings from his playing career after his video game company went bankrupt.

The house is listed by Landmark Residential, and it looks fantastic.
