Correlations are slightly elevated

From Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Savita Subramanian:

Intra-stock correlations ticked down slightly in 1Q to 35% from 37%, which is typically a benefit to stock-pickers, but they remain elevated vs. their average of 26%.
