
SYDNEY — Seventy-one rare classic, muscle and super cars are up for sale today at one of the biggest auctions of it’s kind in Australia.
Run by Pickles Auctions, at the Gosford Classic Car Museum which is about an hour’s drive north of Sydney, prices for the cars will start at $15,000 for a 1964 Rambler 770.
The rarest and most expensive car for sale is a stunning 1968 Lamborghini Miura, with a reserve price of $2.6 million.
In the collection, there are seventeen very rare “hero” cars with a reserve price of $200,000 and over, including a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro custom-built by legendary American car designer Chip Foose.
