Emergency services have controlled a fire that broke out at a prestigious residential development at Sydney’s Circular Quay this morning.
It’s unclear what caused the fire but one worker who saw the fire breaking out captured this dramatic video of a large secondary explosion on the ground level that struck as firefighters were dealing with the blaze.
The blast is a few seconds from the end of this short clip.
