Chick-fil-A is America’s favourite restaurant.
American Customer Satisfaction Index’s 2015 Restaurant Survey named Chick-fil-A the most-loved restaurant in Ameria.
The company scored an 86 out of a possible 100 points in customer satisfaction, beating Chipotle and Panera Bread.

Fast casual companies like Chick-fil-A are successful because they, “typically offer better ingredients, freshness, and more developed décor,” according to the report.
Chick-fil-A not only beat all other chains in customer satisfaction, but it also took ACSI’s top rating in dining experience as well. The criteria evaluated for this ranking included factors like service elements within restaurants, food quality and cleanliness among other factors.
The chicken chain’s top ranking is further proof of the growth and surge in popularity of fast casual chains.
“The fast casual segment of quick service restaurants is nicely situated for the confluence of changing consumer tastes and a rebounding economy,” said ACSI Director David VanAmburg in a press release
. “Consumers have a bit more money in their pockets, but are still pressed for time. Fast casual outlets offer higher-quality ingredients, freshness and fast service — all at a reasonable price.”
ACSI Director David VanAmburg also attributes the company’s success to its’ ‘bar none’ quality and the pleasant experience the customer receives upon visiting a restaurant, according to MarketWatch.
Chick-fil-A is still expanding; it even surpassed KFC as the largest U.S. fast food chicken chain, according to the press release.
By honing in on serving the best food possible along with an enjoyable dining experience, Chick-fil-A is taking over the fast food industry.
