The Food and Agriculture Organisation released some in-depth data and research on the interdependence of agricultural crops, and it includes this amazing graphic.

Visually it can be somewhat confusing, however, if you squint you can see Australia’s (ANZ) exports go, well, pretty much everywhere.

Particularly notable is how important crops from Asia and South East Asia are for South America. Africa’s contribution to the Asian dinner table is nothing to sneeze at either.
