The CEO Graveyard


The “Worst Financial Crisis Since The Depression” has turned corner offices into war zones and there have been many casualties. This week, the Obama Administration threw GM’s Rick Wagoner under a bus, adding to the mounting C-suite body count.

We figured it’s as good a time as any to start keeping score of the once prominent heads that have rolled since the economy went into the toilet.

Unlike other crises, such as the backdating scandal, you won’t find many scapegoats or victims of the times here. The list of the fallen in the financial crisis is a rogues gallery. They went down good and hard. But don’t shed too many tears for the fallen.
