AOC said House Democrats reserve the right to reject the bipartisan infrastructure bill if the reconciliation package doesn't pass the Senate.
"We cannot in good faith blame the Republican Party when House Democrats have the majority," said Ocasio-Cortez during a CNN interview.
GOP Senate candidate J.D. Vance argued that childless Democrats and "weird cat ladies" shouldn't run the country.
"We must protect the vulnerable and do everything in our power to prevent a mass eviction crisis," Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said.
"If I made comments that very publicly demonstrated that I didn't read the legislation I was discussing, I'd be embarrassed," AOC said.
