Every year, several celebrities arrive on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival in some of the most talked-about outfits of the year.

Last year’s event featured head-turning ensembles from the likes of Lupita Nyong’o and Bella Hadid, and this year’s festival – held from Tuesday, May 14, through Saturday, May 25 – was just as exciting.

From Selena Gomez’s Louis Vuitton ensemble to Tilda Swinton’s statement silver dress, here are the best looks from the 2019 festival.
