QSR Magazine recently published its annual QSR Drive-Thru Study for 2012. It analyses the state of the drive-thru customer experience, rating everything from order accuracy to dumpster visibility.Speed is something that fast food chains take pride in, and this time around, Burger King didn’t score too well.
In fact, it came in last with a 201.33 second average.
Wendy’s came in first — by far — at 129.75 seconds. It’s the only chain that managed to improve its time from 2011.
