QSR Magazine recently published its annual QSR Drive-Thru Study for 2012. It analyses the state of the drive-thru customer experience, rating everything from order accuracy to dumpster visibility.Speed is something that fast food chains take pride in, and this time around, Burger King didn’t score too well.
