Besides S&P there’s one other thing you need to worry about.

The German consitutional court, known as the Bundesverfassungsgericht, is holding hearings today on the constitutionality of the Greek bailout (you know, the ones that are technically illegal in EU law.

Most likely the court isn’t going to do anything, but if they do… all bets are off.

We’ll pay attention if any headlines come out of that.
