The 'happiest man in the world' reveals how to deal with frustration

The Buddhist monk Matthieu Ricard recently published the book “Altruism: The Power of Compassion to Change Yourself and the World,” and has been referred to as the happiest man in the world.

We asked him how to deal with those frustrating situations we find ourselves in every day.
