So says the American Massage Therapy Association which put up their 12th annual consumer survey today:
The state of the economy has been a major stress trigger for Americans this past year. 40-five per cent of Americans say they are greatly stressed by the current economic situation, or other factors. Younger Americans and women have felt particularly affected by the economy. 50-five per cent of those ages 25-34 say they are greatly stressed by the economic situation, and 51 per cent of females agree.
So, what are they doing?? The Association clearly would like us to think massages, but aren’t they a little on the indulgent side for today’s crisis?
