There's Been A Major Breakout In How Consumers Are Feeling About The Economy

The Bloomberg US Weekly Consumer Comfort Index is a survey undertaken by Bloomberg basically asking people how they feel about the economy, and their finances.

Since the bust, the survey has basically flatlined, zigzagging a little bit, but basically not rising with the economy or the market.

All that’s finally changed.

Since late last year, the index has been on a tear, and it just hit its highest levels since Spring 2008.
