The Best iPad Games Of 2012 (So Far)

We’re just past the half-year mark and thought it was an appropriate time to share with you the best iPad games we’ve played so far.

If you haven’t checked out these games yet, get on it.

Infinity Blade 2

Inifinity Blade 2 is one of the best games available for iPad. The graphics are amazing, the storyline is clever, and it's so much fun taking down a huge monster that is standing in your way.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode II

The classically-inspired game is now available on the iPad. Live out nostalgia through classic stages and all of Sonic's original moves.

This game looks amazing on the new iPad's Retina display.

LostWinds 2

Lost Winds 2 is the sequel to the popular interactive game.

This award-wining game allows you to control a spirit who can harness the power of the elements.

Solve mysteries and completely tasks all while exploring this extremely detailed world.

Temple Run

Temple Run is one of the most popular casual games to come out in a long time.

It's simple, control a character as he runs through a temple while avoiding obstacles and collecting coins.

Draw Something Free

The popular social drawing game had to make our list. Draw Something swept the app world by storm earlier this year and is still quite fun to play.

Since the launch game creator OMGPOP has added some extra features and over 50 colours providing players with even more to do.

Marvel vs Capcom 2

The gameplay in Marvel vs Capcom is phenomenal. This is a full featured version of the game that take you right back to the arcade.

Plague, Inc.

Plague, Inc is a very sophisticated game. You are tasked with wiping out all life on the planet by creating and cultivating a disease. The game is very challenging and time flys by when playing.

We love it so much that we did a walkthrough of the game.

Where's My Water

This puzzle game from Disney challenges you to get water Swampy so he can shower.

Don't think this is just a kids game it's actually really fun and challenging. There are over 4 different stages each with about 20 levels. When we first played it we couldn't put the game down.

Angry Birds Space HD

A space version of one of the most popular iOS games ever.

What's not to love?

Angry Birds Space HD puts a new twist on the popular strategy game. Blow up pigs in a new environment, space, while taking advantage of new tools and working against gravity.

Grand Theft Auto 3

How could we not include GTA 3 on this list?

The popular Playstation game was ported over to the iPad very late last year but we still felt like it deserved to be here.

The music is great, gameplay is awesome, but we do admit...driving is crazy difficult.
