Sometimes it’s difficult to hit the weight room, especially when travelling. We asked Coss Marte, founder ConBody, a trendy New York City fitness studio based on his own workout regimen while serving time in prison, to share a simple body weight workout for those times when we just couldn’t make it to the gym.
