It’s time for the baseball post-season!The most exciting time of the baseball season is quickly approaching, and we were lucky enough to be able to look back in time at some of the coolest artifacts from baseball post-seasons past.

MLB and the Baseball Hall of Fame toured the NYC area carrying with them pieces of baseball history.

From Babe Ruth’s 1926 World Series bat, to Derek Jeter’s 1996 World Series jersey, take a look at some of the coolest artifacts from baseball’s past.

The post-season starts up this weekend on TBS and Fox.
