BarclaysCapital

Earnings season can be a harrowing time for investors.

Rob Rouse of Barclays Capital screened the stock market for companies that had positive earnings announcements, but saw their stocks sell off.

The stocks all fell at least 5 per cent after their earnings announcement, but have at least 10 per cent upside to the consensus price target.

Furthermore, analysts have actually boosted the earnings outlooks for these companies.

We ranked them in order of upside opportunity.
