The alleged Baltimore cannibal’s school record was full of alarming signs, according to campus reports compiled by The Baltimore Sun.
Alexander Kinyua is suspected of killing his roommate Kujoe Agyei-Kodie and eating parts of Agyei-Kodie’s brain.
In addition to his disturbing virtual past, Kinyua had been on the radar of Morgan State University campus police for some time.
In December, 2011, Kinyua was barred from campus after he punched holes in the walls of the ROTC cadet computer lab, The Baltimore Sun reported. He also broke a picture frame in the lab and stapled a poster over the wall to hide the damage.
Following the incident, a campus police report stated Kinyua was a “Virginia Tech waiting to happen,” according to The Baltimore Sun.
The report went on to call Kinyua “an unusually angry person,” the paper reported.
A month later, at a forum attended by senior university staff members, Kinyua stood up and talked about human sacrifice. But officials didn’t ask what he meant by his comments, according to the Baltimore Sun.
