BAILOUT RALLY OVER, STOCKS JUST WENT RED

So much for that weekend rally.There are several ways to explain this.

The most popular explanation is that a bailout announcement was already priced in, as reflected by last week’s stock market rally.

But there is also a tremendous amount of uncertainty tied to what was announced this weekend.  The leading concern is that conditions to the bailout may actually be self-defeating.
