PHOTOS: Sydney celebrates as Australia votes Yes for same-sex marriage

Hundreds of Sydneysiders gathered in Prince Alfred Park in Surry Hills on Wednesday to hear the result of the same-sex marriage postal survey.

When the Yes announcement came through shortly after 10am, the crowd went wild dancing, hugging and crying with joy.
