AT&T plans to announce Friday it will sell Nokia’s new Windows Phone, the Lumia 920, according to Bloomberg. The Lumia 920 will be one of the first devices to run Microsoft’s next mobile operating system, Windows Phone 8. The phone was announced in September, but Nokia didn’t provide a specific release date, pricing, or information on carrier partners.

Bloomberg’s report did not say whether or not AT&T will announce pricing or a release date for the Lumia 920.

AT&T sold Nokia’s first Windows Phone in the U.S., the Lumia 900, so it was widely expected to partner with Nokia on the Lumia 920. Verizon is also expected to carry a variant of the Lumia 920.

AT&T is holding an event in New York tonight to showcase its fall and winter lineup, so we may have more information then.
