Markets Rally In Asia After Eurozone Leaders Stall On Greek Talks

Asian markets are up early in the Wednesday trading session.  This comes after European leaders announced new delays in for Greek debt crisis talks.  Yet somehow, U.S. markets staged a late rally to close flat for the day.Japan’s Nikkei is up 0.9%.

Korea’s Kospi is up 0.6%.

Australia’s S&P/ASX is down 0.4%.
