Asian markets are following U.S. markets higher tonight after Italy announced Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi would soon step down.Japan’s Nikkei is up 0.3%.

Korea’s Kospi is up 0.1%.

Australia’s S&P/ASX is up 1.2%.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is up 1.5%.

The Shanghai Composite is down 0.4%.
