The storied legal battle between Samsung and Apple is getting uglier.

Cnet reports that as of moments ago, Samsung agreed to stop selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia until it can resolve its intellectual property dispute with Apple.

Furthermore, Apple agreed to pay damages if it lost the suit.

This messy case stems from Apple accusing Samsung of copying the “look and feel” of its products. Apple, notorious for protecting its intellectual property, took the matter to court.
