Apple will totally overhaul its entire product line in 2012, reports Digitimes. The overhaul will touch every key product, including iPod, iPad, MacBook Air, and iPhone.

Apple has asked its supply chain to make flat panel modules and LED light bars for two different iPad prototypes, known internally as J1 and J2.

Digitimes’ sources indicate that there will be enough of these key components to ensure that Apple can manufacture 2 million next-gen iPads by the end of this year.

The revamped iPhone and iMac probably won’t be revealed until the Q3 or Q4 in 2012.
