Google and Motorola Mobility have been ordered by a Chicago judge to hand over Android development data to Apple as part of a patent lawsuit, reports Bloomberg. This would be a banner day for Steve Jobs, who maintained that Android was “grand theft” of iOS and said, “I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple’s $40 billion in the bank, to right this wrong.”
On top of this sensitive development information, Apple is also allowed to review information about Google’s $12.5 billion acquisition of Motorola.
Motorola and Google both declined to submit comments to Bloomberg.
